Christi Diggs, Sales Director at SeniorVu, joined the team in 2018 with a personal interest. Her mother had a stroke in March that year leaving her to handle much of her care.
With a 20-year seasoned sales and marketing background in television, print and medical arenas Christi have made a smooth transition into the Senior Living industry. Like the communities that SeniorVu reaches, Christi cares about quality and consistency with her clients.
As a graduate of Northwestern University, and a former print journalist with The Kansas City Star, writing is still one of Christi’s passions. Youth are too. Christi teaches Sunday School; officiates basketball; and spends a lot of time watching one of her two daughters play sports—usually basketball. Christi’s husband is the Youth Pastor at Open Door Baptist Church so spending time with the teens is both rewarding and sometimes puzzling.

With a Bachelor of Science and graduate work in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Christian University, Fara understands the complexity of services needed to care for seniors and their families.
Joining Sunrise Senior Living in 2003, Fara grew revenue and market share through coaching and training community sales teams in effective lead management, as well as, creating referral partnerships. As a Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Brookdale Senior Living from 2007 through 2010, Fara integrated three divergent operating groups, including Alterra and American Retirement Communities under the Brookdale brand; serving more than 10,000 residents in 72 communities.
Fara went on to work with the Greystone Communities to lead the Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing pre-sales and fastest fill of Aberdeen Heights CCRC in 2012, turn around occupancy in Seattle for Skyline at First Hill, and open Greenfields of Geneva. With an established network of over 5500 senior living company relationships; Fara actively recruits and refers senior housing talent for leadership positions.
In 2015, Fara helped launch the SRI (Stanford Research Institute) Fellow, Blue Willow Systems, and revolutionary resident safety Technology Company with real-time location, personal wander management, automatic fall detection, and predictive analytics. Fara continues to serve Blue Willow Systems on their Advisory Board. Fara supported the sale and acquisition of Blue Willow Systems to the international technology company, Philips in 2018.
As a fifth generation Texan, Fara brings her pioneer spirit to finding new approaches to helping senior housing owners attract new residents to their communities. Fara lives with her husband, Donald, a retired engineer in an active 55+ adult community in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, near her family home and own actively aging Mother. Jack Cumming, CASP, CLU, ChFC, FSA, is a thoughtful resident who believes that the senior living industry is essential to America’s response to an aging population. He's convinced that the industry will thrive by better responding to the expectations of prospective residents. Mr. Cumming’s career was in the life insurance industry. He is an actuary by training. Since moving to a CCRC in 2006, he has become active in senior housing, including qualifying by examination as a Certified Aging Services Professional.
Dr. Jacquelyn Kung is an advisor to investors and providers in U.S. seniors housing and care. Previously, she managed a large $70M CCRC and seniors healthcare provider in Virginia. She is also a reformed McKinsey consultant and health entrepreneur, having cofounded the largest technology network of long term care providers in the U.S. Harvard BA, Harvard MBA, and Johns Hopkins PhD. Jacquelyn now lives in SF with her husband and daughter and enjoys trying new coffee shops on weekends.

Starting as a frontline employee, he has held leadership roles at the community, regional, and corporate levels. Rebecca is the director of operations for Senior Living Foresight. It's just a fancy way of saying she is responsible for running the back end and making sure everything runs smoothly. While new to senior living, she practically grew up in senior living communities with both parents working in the industry. She enjoys problem-solving which she gets to do a lot working with Steve Moran and his daily new ideas for helping the senior living industry.
