Have you ever said, ‘I can’t believe what my boss just did?’ And I bet it was always something negative, something bad. Something that was wrong, unfair, or simply stupid.
Here is the hard truth: now that you are a leader, from time to time, the people you lead are saying, “I can’t believe what my boss just did,” about you. You just don’t know it and don’t want to admit it.
I think I am a pretty good boss; my team tells me they think I am a really good boss, and yet … from time to time, they say it about me.
