Richard Branson has this belief that every company, every organization, is one thing and only this one thing:

“A company is just a group of people.”

In Branson’s world, this means leaders need to genuinely care about people, and they need to hire people who genuinely care about people.

It does not matter if you are in a senior living organization, a technology company, a retail outlet, a fast food restaurant, a hotel, an AI provider, or a company that picks up garbage; the only thing you are is a group of people working together to advance the mission of the organization.
