A few weeks ago, I welcomed Stephanie Harris and Amanda Tweten as guests on Foresight TV. There are so many things I admire about how they lead, but it is possible to know and like a leader and not really know if they are a great leader or not.
It is possible to be liked, and be creative, and have a big public presence, and still not be a great leader.
