Learn how you can have team members who are excited to come to work each day!

By Steve Moran

If you you want to have happier team members, you will want to check this out!

If you want to have lower turnover, you will want to check this out!

If you don’t care about employee happiness or turnover but will be bored on the Monday before Christmas, you will want to check this out.

I know this sounds like a pitch to sell you something . . . it is not. It is simply an experiment where you will get to interact with some great senior living experts.

Several weeks ago I came across this really cool new web-based service called Blab that is still in beta testing, but is open to the public. It is sort of webinar meets video conferencing meets Google Hangouts (something everyone has heard about but almost no one has ever tried). It seems to have the best of each of those services with none of the downsides.

It is a video broadcast service where 1-4 people can have a conversation and anyone can listen in or comment. What is cool about it, is that you don’t have to sign-up in advance to watch, you don’t even have to sign-up to be a part of the audience.

If you want to be a part of the conversation you will have to sign-in and, in order to sign-in, you will have to have a Twitter account (you already have one right) which is also free. You should just go click on the blab link above and check it out.

3 Experts and Me — My First Blab

On Monday, December 21 — at 9 a.m. Pacific, 10 Mountain, 11 Central and noon Eastern — I will host my first ever Blab, where we will be talking about how you can have team members who are excited to come to work each day. My experts will be Denise Scott, a senior living leadership consultant; Dan Levitt, Executive Director of Tabor Village; and Lori Alford, COO at Avanti Senior Living.

You can sign-up for the blab by clicking this linkYou will have to have a twitter account to sign-up, but not to watch. Or, when Monday the 21st rolls around, click the link and you will be good to go.

We will also send out a quick reminder email reminder Monday morning about THE BLAB just in case you are available to join the experiment.
