We loudly proclaim that senior living organizations strive to provide residents whatever their hearts desire. Too often though, we make decisions that we consider to not involve residents at all or to be so minor as to not be worth talking to residents about. Occasionally, we make decisions we think they won’t particularly be happy with but we believe it will be in their best interests.
