Nearly every week on LinkedIn, I see senior living communities celebrating 100% occupancy. And there’s no question that hitting 100% occupancy is a great thing worth celebrating.
But here’s what else I’m seeing — or in some cases not seeing:
- No mention of a single team member, just the name of the community
- Something along the lines of “Thanks, Bob and Sue, for doing a great job,” without listing their last names or tagging them in the post
- One line that lists one or more people on the sales team and tags that person
The first two are hard for me to fathom. The third one is okay, but really the bare minimum.
