Innovations Arise from the Pandemic
While crises bring challenges, they also can uncover opportunities. In this episode, we’ll hear how the pandemic spurred innovation at two senior living companies. Heritage Communities’ Lacy Jungman describes the deepened commitment among residents, families, and staff to safeguard each other’s well being. And, Kisco Senior Living’s Randall Lonoza details their innovation to handle increased waste resulting from 100% resident room-delivered meals 3 times a day. Listen to the episode here.

Whenever there is more than one interview on a podcast, how about providing the following for busy listeners: 1) the order of the interviews (which one is first, which is second, etc.) and 2) the minute/second starting point for each.
In this particular case, the Lacy Jungman interview is first. The Randall Lonoza is second, at the 19 minute mark.
I think your subscribers would appreciate that courtesy.
Thank you.
To be really helpful, Mr. Lonoza should have been able to provide the brand name and/or source of the reusable meal delivery containers. But I guess some sort of legality prevents his being able to do so? Too bad, because I’m sure he’s busy and is now probably getting a LOT of phone calls.
If there was, indeed, a reason for not providing the specifics for interested listeners, could you explain what it was? Do you think Mr. Lonoza realized what would happen to his phone and voice mail In Box by his not providing the brand name and manufacturer?
Wouldn’t this blog be more helpful with that sort of detail?
