Katie Potter

Ms. Potter has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Five Star Senior Living since 2019 and previously served as their Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Five Star in 2012, Ms. Potter practiced law at Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Burns & Levinson LLP, where she focused on corporate law matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other transactional matters. Ms. Potter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park, a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University Law School.
